After purchasing your tour please email your tour confirmation to operaciones@feelmedellin.com with the following information to finalize your tour:

• Proof of payment
• Full name
• Passport number
• Birthdate

Note: Make only one payment attempt, it takes 24 hours for the platform to approve or decline the payment, in case the payment is declined you must try again.

The cancellation will only be accepted up to 5 days after the purchase, after this time the value of the deposit will not be refunded. The option to reschedule is given according to the availability of Feel Medellín.

Once the service is confirmed, the reservation is made with 50% of the total value to be paid and a contract is made between the client and Feel Medellín.

Después de comprar su recorrido, envíe un correo electrónico con la confirmación de su recorrido a operaciones@feelmedellin.com con la siguiente información para finalizar su recorrido:

Fecha límite para reservar el tour hasta el 1 de mayo de 2023

Información Adicional

Realice solo un intento de pago, la plataforma demora 24 horas en aprobar o declinar el pago, en caso de que sea declinado el pago deberá volverlo a intentar.

La cancelación solo será aceptada únicamente hasta 5 días después de la compra, pasado este tiempo no se hará devolución del valor del depósito. Se da la opción de reagendar de acuerdo a la disponibilidad de Feel Medellín.

Una vez confirmado el servicio se realiza la reserva con el 50% del valor total a pagar y se realiza un contrato entre el cliente y Feel Medellín.

El precio no Incluye IVA del 19%, este aplica para Colombianos residentes, en el caso de los extranjeros se debe presentar la documentación
